Caroline and Dave say: We’re delighted to be working with the Kerikeri Theatre Company again at Upsurge after 2022’s sold out Rail Tales. We’re excited to see history come to life at the wonderful Pompallier Mission and Printery.

Take a lantern tour and travel back in time at Russell’s Pompallier Mission and Printery. As you are guided through the building you’ll meet some famous figures from the past and find out more about its rich history.

James Clendon, Bishop Pompallier and Mary-Ann Callaghan are just some of the famous people associated with this historic building. The lantern tour will be presented by members of the Kerikeri Theatre Company.

Accessibility: The Printery is a two-storey building, there is wheelchair access to the lower level of the printery via a ramp. Unfortunately, there is no access to the upper level.
