Far North sisters, Kathy Derrick and Jac Jenkins are joined by photographer and designer Claire Gordon to discuss how they created a stunning 250-page coffee table book full of pavlova deliciousness without a dollop of drama – yeah, right!
Pav Deconstructed contains only one recipe but lots of stories, poems, images, art work and even little plays about New Zealand’s iconic and favourite dessert.
This stunning book has over 100-contributors, including many from the local area.
Pav Deconstructed is joyful, funny, witty and charming. The design is delicious. It is a wonderful book, and I predict it will sell well. Peta Stavelli
